Do I need daily drug testing?

Drug testing is a form of accountability, which is critical, particularly in the early stages of recovery.  Recovery Advocates believes in daily testing, especially at the commencement of treatment and again, when clients begin to spread their wings and integrate back into life (school or work),  testing becomes an important tool to safeguard the newly recovering addict or alcoholic.

After continuing compliance with program guidelines, testing becomes random, but regular.  We often will test on consecutive days during this period.

Testing in monitored by staff at all times.  If there are issues with the process, we test again.  If results are in any way unclear, results are sent off to our lab for evaluation.

When individuals leave the Recovery Advocates program we can help set up drug and/or alcohol testing at independent laboratories, anywhere in the United States.

Again, accountability is the issue and is at the heart of the Recovery Advocates treatment and recovery program.
